Licensed module · TaiGong Drill 1.3.4

TaiGong connects phishing results to security awareness training—as a licensed capability.

01 / Training loop
Observe · Assign · Assess · Retest

Use exercise evidence to decide what happens next.

TaiGong does not treat training as a generic content library detached from the simulation. The licensed module lets program owners organize courses and batches around the people and behaviors that need follow-up.

01

Review

Use core delivered, opened, clicked, submitted, and reported events together with recipient results.

02

Select

Choose the users or groups that need follow-up based on authorized campaign evidence and program policy.

03

Assign

Create a licensed training batch from available courses and modules for the selected audience.

04

Assess

Track batch participation, assessments, completion state, and the administrative record of the training run.

05

Retest

Use a later authorized campaign and comparison evidence to review whether behavior changed.

Core evidence · Licensed follow-up

What security awareness training includes in 1.3.4.

Training is delivered, but it is not part of the ungated core. Licensed analytics and automation have their own entitlements.

03 / Program design
Targeted · Reviewable · Repeatable

Training should answer an observed need.

A completed course is an operational record, not proof that risk disappeared. Pair training with clear selection criteria and a later exercise so the program can review behavior over time.

Targeted follow-upLICENSED AWARENESS

Assign training from evidence, not from a generic annual list.

Use campaign results, basic risk signals, and program policy to identify an appropriate audience. The platform preserves the campaign and training records as separate, reviewable facts.

AssessmentLICENSED

Track the learning activity itself.

Courses, modules, assessments, batches, and completion state support the administrative side of a security awareness program.

RetestingCORE CAMPAIGN EVIDENCE

Measure later behavior with another authorized exercise.

Use a follow-up campaign and comparison evidence instead of assuming that course completion equals changed behavior.

AutomationSEPARATE LICENSE

Add rules only when the operating process is ready.

Scheduled actions, event triggers, multi-stage orchestration, and execution history belong to the licensed automation module. They are not an AI agent and do not remove human ownership.

04 / Evaluation checklist
Ask before you buy

Confirm the training and automation entitlements separately.

For SaaS or self-hosted delivery, verify the awareness/scenarios entitlement, the content and reporting scope, audience size, and whether licensed automation is required for scheduled follow-up.

Evidence to learning

Review one risk-to-training workflow.

Bring a representative authorized campaign and your current follow-up process. We will map the core evidence, licensed training steps, and any separate automation needs.
