An employee means a distinct email identity included in the licensed scope. Ask us to confirm how aliases, shared mailboxes, contractors, test accounts, or changing headcount apply to your order.

Assign the infrastructure boundary.
For self-hosting, confirm the supported environment and who owns compute, storage, domains, TLS, email and messaging providers, backups, monitoring, upgrades, and incident response. For managed SaaS, confirm the data and service boundary relevant to your organization.
